Kristen Wilde is an accomplished educator and Senior Professional Learning Manager with over 19 years of experience dedicated to building collaborative relationships and creating efficient environments where people can thrive. In her current role, Kristen leads critical initiative working groups, manages team capacity, and coaches team members to drive instructional innovation and team growth.
Prior to transitioning into professional learning, Kristen spent 14 years as a classroom teacher. While in the classroom, Kristen served as the head of the Technology PLC for five years, successfully introducing educational technology across campuses, founding a student coding club, and engineering a comprehensive distance learning structure. Kristen holds a Master of Education in Teaching and Learning as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, and is recognized as a Newsela Fellow, Formative Certified Educator, and Skilljar Admin Professional.
