Deann Ragsdale

Deann is a seasoned education professional with over 20 years of experience in educational leadership, special education, and student support services across multiple school districts in San Diego County. As the Deputy Superintendent of Educational Services for the La Mesa-Spring Valley School District, Deann focuses on improving curriculum, instructional strategies, and student outcomes. Her previous roles include Executive Director of Special Education and SELPA Director for the San Diego Unified School District and Executive Director of Special Education and Instruction in the Chula Vista Elementary School District.
